RETURN POLICY 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY.  IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM ARRIVES AND IS INOPERABLE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT WOMENWEARBLUE@GMAIL.COM WITH PICTURES/VIDEO DEPICTING THE ERROR.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.  ANY RETURNS MADE WITHOUT THE PROPER CODE WILL NOT BE HONORED. 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ANY RETURNS TO US.  A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY TESTED AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

 

ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER THE ORDER IS PACKED FOR SHIPPING WILL REQUIRE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.

PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF THREE DAYS TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR ORDER DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME RECEIVED.
